• The carbonator works perfectly and produces fun, fizzy drinks of all stripes. It works better if you keep the original carbonating lid on the carafe during storage. When you think about it, there’s no reason at all to use the separate storage lid. If you have two carafes, then you have two carbonating lids, since they don’t sell them separately. I have made fake champagne, sparkling apple juice, sparkling orange/mango/peach juice, and sparkling water. When summer comes up, I intend to make me a sparkling milk shake.

• Easy to use, good carbonation for water, just remember to shake the bottle to incorporate the bubbles into the liquid. Orange juice was really nice, needed two CO2 cartridges. Prefer the durability of the stainless steel bottles and the ability to sanitize them, over plastic (and petro chemicals) or glass (can shatter/break). This is the best option for me.Good Christmas gifts, the recipients are very pleased.

• Works great. I did what other reviewers suggested (filled up with cold water and refrigerated the whole thing; put on the co2 cartridge, then shook it up, and left it in the fridge for another half hour before dispensing). I really like this. Haven’t tried using anything else but water. The water was still fizzy for about 2 days later. Even if it wasn’t AS fizzy, I was pretty impressed. I served it for guests, and they were impressed. Would recommend.

• Product is great. We use it everyday with no issues. It arrived faster than expected. It’s fun for anyone that enjoys carbonating random beverages like Sodastream
  .

• After using this for a few weeks, I’ve gone back to my SodaStream for the most part. The bubbles produced by a single CO2 cartridge are not strong enough for my taste, the steel carts are recyclable–but still wasteful, and the SodaStream refills at my local Bed, Bath and Beyond are only $10 each (with a $5 off coupon). However, I still use this carbonating things besides water.
